1. Beach or ocean view properties: your house may be ‚Äúwashed away‚ÄĚ in few years, because ¬†foundation of your house was built on sandy soil without protective measures. Usually Brazilians are nice and friendly people, but if rich foreigner buys land on their territory, it provokes sometime some illegal actions.
3. If you do not reside permanently in your apartments, soon you may find heroin packing shop ¬†there. ¬†Often ¬†apartments cheaper than $30K are sold by former residents of favellas, which received low cost state program and decided to make small business from it.
