Medications are prescribed at a recipe, can be smuggled or fake, thus cheap. Many drugs, such as Viagra you do not need a prescription. Pharmacist will advise you what medicine you buy at certain symptoms. You can get an injection for a few dollars in a pharmacy. If you want to have cosmetic surgery, Brazil offers range of opportunities, since this country has plenty of experienced cosmetologists.
Brazilians speak Portuguese with different accents, which can easily incorporate foreign words. If you do not know Portuguese, and you have no friends who speak Portugese, you will need interpreter or local representative to make deals.  Brazil is  the largest country in the world amonth those with Roman Catholic Church.   In Brazil you can smoke anywhere, but not in buses, trains, planes and theaters. In bars and restaurants smoke all, and those who can not stand smoke, forced to sit outside.
